Green Wyvern is Kei Mizuno, a troubled young woman granted Jetman powers by the Chaos Coalition. She has broken away from her alien masters, and is a lone wolf in a war for the entire Earth. Will she form an alliance with Jetman? Or will one of the two sides take her out first?
