The new Black Condor is Ken Tendo, the other twin son of Ryu and Kaori Tendo (the original Red Hawk & White Swan). Unlike his brother, Ken doesn't think he is cut out for this hero business at all. It just doesn't look like he's going to get a choice in the matter.
