Kei Mizuno was a troubled young woman. Despite possessing a brilliant mind, life had left her trapped in a dead-end job and angry at the world. When the alien emperor Lord Xenotos offered her the opportunity to be an agent of his Chaos Coalition, she leapt at the chance to finally have the power to take what she wanted. And so, Green Wyvern was born.
Things didn't go quite according to the plan. Green Wyvern rebelled against her alien master and struck out on her own - a lone wolf in a war for the entire Earth. Will she form an alliance with her former enemies in Jetman? Or will one of the two sides take her out first?
