Supreme Commander Aya Odagiri /
小田切 綾 総司令
Aya Odagiri was the commander of the original Jetman team, and now serves as the Supreme Commander for the global security agency Skyforce. She is the one who gave the order to reactivate J Project and create the new Jetman. Her misgivings over sending untested heroes against the Chaos Coalition are balanced by her belief that Jetman is the best chance for Earth's victory.
